The light in my room is beautiful today
I have a migraine and it’s not like I feel ill per say, just that I am running on 10% energy or something.
I have the house to myself tonight. It’ll be nice to have that physical space to breathe.
I can’t tell what’s up yet. I’m taking the day minute by minute and listening to my soul.
I’m not angry at my lack of doing like I was yesterday. I think I was disappointed in myself that I’d lost such a great flow of motivation and proactivity, but I’m just listening and being in the moment today.
Just going through expanding and contracting
